Active in the air since 1999, the Jetfly group offers an avant-garde model of aviation, for both business and private travel, with a leading position in the European market for almost 25 years. Safety, excellence, discretion and performance are the watchwords of this international group, which has made its mark in the highly competitive world of business aviation.
Jetfly: shared ownership
Founded in Leudelange, Luxembourg, by two passionate entrepreneurs, Jetfly was acquired in 2010 by two Frenchmen determined to revolutionize the world of aviation: Cédric Lescop and Maxime Bouchard.
The airline group’s main idea is to offer the purchase of an aircraft by several customers, who each acquire a share of the aircraft: shared ownership. Each co-owner pays only for the hours spent in the aircraft, with no cancellation fees to pay. The benefits? Pooling costs, access to a privileged means of travel available 7 days a week, and owning an asset on which to capitalize, without financial risk.
Aviation excellence: Jetfly’s privileged fleet
What sets Jetfly apart from other business aviation players is above all its fleet of world-class aircraft.
The Pilatus PC-12, the group’s star Swiss aircraft manufactured and assembled on the shores of Lake Lucerne, is one of the safest and most advanced turbo-prop business jets in the world. Its ultra-luxury comfort, spacious load capacity and performance make it one of the most popular jets in the Jetfly range.
The fleet also includes a Pilatus PC-24, a ‘SuperVersatile Jet’ that combines the versatility of a medium jet with the performance of a light jet. It is the only jet capable of accessing unpaved runways, enabling it to reach twice as many destinations across Europe.
Finally, the Cirrus SF50 is the world’s first single-engine private jet, excelling in terms of performance and safety. Fast but small, comfortable but affordable, not available for shared ownership.
Jetfly: private travel without constraints
The company also provides management services for private aircraft owners, offering a range of maintenance, operational and administrative management services.
Fly7, founded in Lausanne in 2006 and acquired by the company in 2019, is a service that manages and supervises all the maintenance and crews of Pilatus aircraft. Accounting, aircraft purchase or sale processes, flight operations, maintenance… With 18 years’ experience, Fly7 provides customers with personal assistance with all logistics, anywhere in the world.
The Jetfly group also offers an expert maintenance organization – Jetfly Technik – approved by Pilatus and located in Zweibrücken in Germany, to assist all its customers who own Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft, and offer major and minor repairs and modifications to the aircraft, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Jetfly: training, brokerage and support
Through its Fly7 Training unit, the Jetfly group offers its privileged customers private aviation courses on simulators at their Training Centre, to learn to fly Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Training is provided by 22 highly qualified instructors with several years’ expertise, enabling customers to obtain a commercial or private pilot license. A Pilatus training center unique in Europe.
Through its CaptainJet platform, Jetfly also offers to charter flights on a panel of more than 3,800 aircraft worldwide, by communicating directly with a team of brokers specializing in private jets to obtain the best expert advice and choose the best personalized options.
Finally, Jetfly has also added the MyLittle Plan unit, a simple service that its customers can rely on to save time and money thanks to flawless, personalized market research. The idea? To have access to current market statistics, and to a precise evaluation tool for flying aircraft, in order to have an up-to-date estimate of your own aircraft or of a future acquisition.
